How to Cancel Your Membership

Once a subscription payment has processed, it is not refundable. From the date that you submit your cancellation notice, you will no longer be billed, however your login will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Credit Card Subscribers: To cancel your enrollment, use this FEEDBACK FORM with CANCEL checked, and make sure to include your username and the name you are registered under in the message. We need written confirmation of your cancellation, and we will send you a notice of your cancellation within 48 hours.

PayPal Subscribers: To cancel your subscription via PayPal, you need to go to your PayPal account, and click on the "Details" of your last subscription payment. There, you will have an option to cancel your subscription.
